After finishing his studies, Dor joined the Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company managed by Rami Be’er. He danced with Fresco Dance Company established by Yoram Carmi, participated in “The Project” – a co-production of The Suzanne Dellal Centre and The Israeli Opera, danced with the Vertigo Dance Company and with Idan Sharabi. He has performed choreography by William Forsythe, Marco Goka, Jacopo Godney, Emanuel Gat, Susan Linka, Idan Sharabi, and others.

He teaches artist workshops for dancers in professional institutes, such as NDT2, and academies, such as the Royal Danish Ballet School.
