Residency and Joining a Community
Beit Yael is a home for independent dance choreographers and performers in
Jerusalem that supports, promotes, and exhibits independent artists and their
work. It nurtures the community of dance choreographers and performers in
Jerusalem.
To achieve this vision, Beit Yael encourages original creative works and the
development of professional solutions, including workspaces (residency), creativity, a
stage, and performances.
Beit Yael's goal is to expand the independent artist's involvement in diverse
communities in the city and to enhance employment options for the sake of bolstering
communal resilience, economic opportunity, and the availability of culture in
Jerusalem, while encouraging cooperation with agencies and institutions.
