Yael provides rehearsal spaces (Yael, Alcherizi, and Gonenim) for individuals to practice, produce and showcase their art. 

• Devoting to volunteer work within the community as part of an exchange program promotes increased participation and connection among community members. It also facilitates a stronger bond between residents due to shared experiences and exposure to various opportunities. Gaining experience in areas that are important to independent artists
