Residency and joining the community of independent dance and performance creators in Jerusalem
Yael – A House for Independent Dance and Performance Artists in Jerusalem works to support, promote, and expose independent artists and their creations, and to grow the community of dance and performance artists in Jerusalem. Yael House invites artists who meet the criteria for a *residency [artist stay] for a fee and/or in exchange for artistic work and to join the community. *The residency is offered in one of the workspaces offered throughout Jerusalem: Yael Studio, Al-Harizi, Gonenim and the Torim
Residency option
Extended stay: Use of the1111studio for 3-7 hours, twice a week, for 6-12 months
Short stay: Up to 6 hours a day, for 7-10 days
Combined stay: A combination of a long and short stay

The program works to strengthen the creator's economic resilience, deepen his involvement in the community, and expose him to diverse local audiences, while encouraging collaborations with regional bodies, institutions, and communities.
